You need basic crocheting skills for amigurumi (crocheting in spiral, magic ring, chain, single crochet stitch, treble crochet stitch, double treble crochet stitch, increasing and decreasing, slip stitch, changing colors), basic sewing skills (the crochet pattern doesn’t contain lessons on crocheting).
