[UPDATE] Patch notes 4/25

[Blaze]

- Add 2 seconds cooldown to Roar. Made it 25% HP per use and decrease damage to 300%
- Absolute Ring Chair now tradeable via account sharing
- All Astar weapon have the correct stats
- Oak Barrel now set the player's speed to 140% and jump to 123%
- Chain Lighting now have 3 lines
- Ice Splitter now takes Glaze for 2x damage against Ice weak mobs
- Flamethrower is now Fire Attribute
- Aerial Strike now attacks up to 12 mobs.
- Change Kin to new Nicc image
- Donor item untradeable
- Added more merchant optimizations & fixes
- Limit @checkdps to FM and up to 5 players at once per channel
- Fixed @checkdps sometimes showing negative DPM
- Fixed @checkdps sometimes not ending correctly
- @checkdps mob is now neutral to all elements and treated as a boss (HH/tempest can't kill it)
- Added elemental weak version for dps check: @checkdps weak
- Summer Event preperations
- 80 NX Gachapon items fixed
- Added a lot of NX mounts
- NX Label / Chat rings all +1 stats
- Fixed Elemental Staff / Elemental Wand % damage increases
- Fixed Wiseman Medal Magic Attack Damage
- Buccaneer energy orb skill changed to match the actual skill mechanics
- Meso Magnets now have slots & can level
